Brushing is encouraged to be done twice a day for two minutes each time, and floss once a day. Over-brushing your teeth and gums can cause damage – recession and sensitivity. Whether you are brushing twice a day or four times a day, you should ALWAYS use a soft tooth brush and a light, soft brushing action in small circles.
