Is It OK To Skip Brushing Your Teeth Sometimes?

The simple answer is NO.
When you skip a brushing and flossing session, you are allowing bacteria to remain undisturbed on your teeth and below the gumline. Bacteria excrete acid, which eats away at your teeth.
Forgetting to brush and floss (or just not doing it) puts you at a much higher risk of developing cavities as well a gum disease.
